Manage your hub

Accounts and billing

Verify your email, reset your password, understand plan limits, and manage your subscription.

Updated

Sign in and verify your email

Use your Hub email and password at app.independence-hub.com. This account is separate from your WordPress administrator account. New accounts must verify their email before signing in.

Verification links expire after one hour. Check spam or junk folders if the email is missing. If verification has expired, use Forgot password with the same account email; completing that emailed reset also verifies the account.

Reset a forgotten password

A reset link can be used once. If it has expired or was already used, request a new one. Never share verification or password-reset links with anyone.

  1. Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter the email address used for your Hub account.
  3. Open the password-reset email and follow the link within one hour.
  4. Choose a new password between 12 and 128 characters, then return to sign in.

Understand your plan

If your paid access ends, connections beyond the Free allowance are preserved but their analytics pause. Resubscribing restores their availability. Refer to the Pricing page for current prices and checkout terms.

Upgrade or manage billing

Complimentary Unlimited accounts do not have a paid subscription to manage. If checkout completed but the app still shows Free, refresh Pricing and confirm that you are signed in with the account used for checkout before contacting support.

  1. Open Pricing while signed in to your Hub account.
  2. Choose monthly or yearly billing. If you have a discount code, use the discount-code control before continuing.
  3. Review and complete the hosted checkout. Return to the Hub afterward.
  4. For an existing paid subscription, use Manage billing on Pricing to open the billing portal and review the available subscription and payment options.

Your account and site data

Your connected sites, groups, and Growth items belong to your Hub account. The WordPress connector grants read-only access to aggregate analytics, with a separately revocable connection for each approved account.

Use Log out in the app header when you finish on a shared device. Use Feedback in the app for questions or problems, and include the affected feature and error text.
